21st & PENN
AVENUE NORTH
Like the 27th and Penn cluster, this cluster is seen as
a gateway into the surrounding community. The neighborhood
is exploring innovative housing options that will welcome
all residents to the Willard Hay community.
Project Area
The 21st and Penn Ave. N. cluster includes the properties
on either side of Penn Avenue North and the west side of
Oliver Avenue North between 23rd Avenue North and Golden
Valley Road.
Vision and Recent News
The Northside Residents Redevelopment Council is in the process
of selecting a development partner for this cluster and will
then identify a redevelopment plan.
